Please call the office to pay your deposit, and reservation fee.

A $25.00 refundable deposit is required to reserve the LLPOA Pavilion for the date requested. The rental fee is $50.00, for a four hour period, except by mutual agreement.  The deposit becomes nonrefundable in the event of cancellation unless notice is given at least 20 days prior to the event or the pavilion is not restored to the condition it was in prior to your use. Non compliance of the pavilion use rules could also result in forfeiture of your deposit. There is an optional deposit of $25.00 (non- refundable after cleaning is completed) for guaranteeing a clean pavilion and empty trash cans before your event begins.  If you decline this option, we cannot guarantee the pavilion will be clean or trash cans be empty upon your arrival, as the facility is used as a public area unless reserved.
